We are pleased to present to you our 3rd official News Bulletin in which you can read all about the developments which have taken place in the APEx project since our last bulletin was circulated in May.

These include the continued improvements to the technical aspects of the portal and of course, the great success that was the first APEx conference "Building infrastructures for archives in a digital world" which took place at Trinity College Dublin in late June.
