...400 years Sweden-Dutch history: Sweden´s first embassy and therewith starting point of their diplomatic relations with the Netherlands in 1614. From the National Archives of the Netherlands we have the treaty and its ratification and from the Swedish side, the National Archives of Sweden, we present the correlating appointment of the ambassador.
